Fulfillment Policy

1. Service Delivery
We provide business consulting services under a 12-month contract, billed monthly. Services are delivered remotely via scheduled calls, virtual meetings, and email communications.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Clients are billed monthly on the credit card provided at signup.

  • Payments are due on the agreed billing date each month.

  • A failed payment attempt will result in a notification, and services may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days.

3. Contract Term & Cancellation

  • The service agreement is for a 12-month term and auto-renews unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.

  • Clients may cancel early, but the full 12-month contract amount remains due.

  • We may terminate the agreement if the client violates terms or fails to make payments.

4. Refunds
Due to the nature of our consulting services, all payments are non-refundable once billed. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us at info@busineslegalmanagement.com to discuss resolution options.
